Pricing, Quotes, Refunds, Returns, Cancelled Orders
Products may be ordered online and picked up. Every effort is made to ensure that online prices are current and accurate. In most cases shipping estimates are accurate but there are instances where additional shipping costs are necessary due to shipping addresses and dimensional shipping weights on some products. In the event there is an error in an online price you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option of a full refund. All Pricing is in Canadian Dollars. Your credit card purchase will be converted to the currency of your country.
When you request a quote using the "Request a Quote" button after customizing a product we receive the quote to review and finalize. Once the quote has been finalized you will receive an email letting you know that the quote has been finalized and is available for purchase online at the price quoted. The quoted total price does not include tax for several reasons. Sometimes the shipping location changes which affects the tax rate and sometimes a customer may wish to pick up their order instead of having it shipped which can also affect the tax rate. When the shipping address is entered at the time you place the order the correct tax is applied.
No return or exchange of merchandise is accepted unless a written consent or RMA number is emitted by us. Setup Charges or Template charges are non refundable and remain the property of Custom Case Company. Returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of Invoice Date. Custom Cases or cases with custom modifications inside or out are non returnable or refundable. Storm cases are subject to a 15% restocking fee, Hardigg cases are non returnable or non refundable. For all other items the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and all items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. A refund may be submitted by cheque instead of being applied to a credit card payment. A 15% Restocking charge is applicable to exchanges and returns. Additional charges for complete replacement foam sets will be applied in the event the interior case foam is missing or damaged in any way. Returns or exchanged items must be in new condition with no scratches, marks or modifications of any kind. Returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We ship by the cheapest method available to us unless requested otherwise. Upgraded service levels or alternative shipping methods will incur higher shipping costs. Any delivery dates are provided by the shippers and as we have no control over the shipment once it leaves our premises we are not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or for any other reason and offer no refunds due to such a delay. Shipping charges are non refundable. In the event an order is returned and exchanged for another item or items the free shipping is only applicable to the final order and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges on the original order.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% service charge. Any Order that is cancelled after processing payment and shipping documents is subject to a minimum $15.00 service charge. If the Item(s) has already been shipped the customer is also responsible for shipping charges both ways regardless of any free shipping offers.
Tax exempt forms and numbers must be supplied to us before a credit card order is processed. There is a minimum $15.00 service charge for processing refunds when the credit card transaction has already been completed.
