Shipping & Delivery Policy
Many Products have Free* shipping to locations in Canada and discounted shipping to some US States
Discounts are available for many of these products that are picked up.
* Please contact us for shipping rates to the United States, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Maritime's, West Coast and remote locations (areas with one or two 0's in the postal code) or if you wish to confirm shipping cost in advance. You can do this by selecting the "Customize" then "Request a Quote" button while shopping for most products. Free shipping is applicable to specified items at prices advertised on this website under the conditions stated, meaning that some locations may be subject to a discounted shipping charge due to the remote or rural area.
Non stocked pre-manufactured items are usually shipped within 5- 6 business days unless they are back ordered from the manufacturer. Some items may take 10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges for additional delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.
Custom Case Company is not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer due to shipment discrepancies or damages. Shipments should be inspected and packages checked for damages while the driver is present and any claims for damages should be reported to the driver, noted on the waybill and reported to the Freight company immediately.
Orders should be inspected upon arrival to ensure the correct items have been received. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve any discrepancy as soon as possible.
We ship by the most economical method or by the customer's requested level of service if shipping collect and quote delivery dates provided by the shippers. As we have no control over the package(s) once it leaves our premises Custom Case Company is not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or any other reason or for items that have been delivered without a signature by the recipient, by someone on behalf of the recipient or any other person and offer no refunds due to any delay or loss.
In the event an item(s) becomes lost during transit Custom Case Company will work with the shipper on the customers behalf to have the item(s) located or replaced as soon as possible.
* In the event an incorrect Address or postal code is given to us or we are not informed of an address change on a new order, a minimum $15.00 Service charge per package and a charge to cover the cost of re-delivering your order be will be applied to your credit card. Free shipping does not apply to re-deliveries or address corrections or changes.
Orders must be Prepaid and are shipped Freight Prepaid. Pelican and Nanuk cases are Duty free under the NAFTA Agreement.
Any Duties , Brokerage and Taxes are the customers responsibility and are determined by your countries Customs Department.
