Shipping & Delivery Policy

Stock Items are usually shipped the same day or within 24 hours of Order Confirmation by FedEx UPS or Canada Post.  Custom Case Company stock hundreds of cases but due to the wide variety of colors and options not all products are always in stock. You will be contacted if the product you ordered is not available.

Standard transit times to Toronto, Montreal, Kingston and areas in between is usually 24 hours for stock items ordered before 12:00 PM Mon -Fri

While most online shipping charges are accurate there are times where some destinations are more expensive to ship to and some products may incur more shipping costs due to their dimensional weight. 

Please contact us for shipping rates to the United States, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Maritimes, West Coast and remote locations or if you wish to confirm shipping cost in advance. You can do this by selecting the  "Customize" then "Request a Quote"  button while shopping for most products.

Non stocked pre-manufactured items are usually shipped within 5- 6 business days unless they are back ordered from the manufacturer. Some items may take 10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges for additional delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

Custom Case Company is not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer due to shipment discrepancies or damages. Shipments should be inspected and packages checked for damages while the driver is present and any claims for damages should be reported to the driver, noted on the waybill and reported to the Freight company immediately. Orders should be inspected apon arrival to ensure the correct items have been received. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve any discrepancy as soon as possible.

We ship by the most economical method or by the customer's requested level of service and quote delivery dates provided by the shippers. As we have no control over the package once it leaves our premises we are not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or for any other reason and offer no refunds due to such a delay.

In the event an incorrect Address or postal code is given to us or we are not informed of an address change on a new order, a minimum $10.00 Service charge per package and a charge to cover the cost of re-delivering your order be will be applied to your credit card.

International Orders

Orders must be Prepaid and are shipped Freight Prepaid. Pelican and Nanuk cases are Duty free under the NAFT Agreement.

Any Duties , Brokerage and Taxes are the customers responsibility and are determined by your countries Customs Department.
