Pelican Storm Case Features
All Pelican Storm Cases are outfitted with a host of standard features that make them the perfect solution for transporting delicate or sensitive equipment:

Unique Press & Pull latches open with the push of a button, yet stay closed securely under impact or stress. Unique hinges with integrated feet hold fast under impact, and create a flat surface for upright stability. |

Permanently attached Vortex® valve automatically adjusts air pressure without letting in water, and won't unscrew from the case. |
 |
Unbreakable molded-in hasps, allow you to add standard size padlocks, offering another measure of security. |
 |
Double-layered, soft-grip, solid-core carrying handles provide strong, durable comfort. |

Divider sections are covered in a water-resistant, PVC-coated nylon fabric, and can be configured and reconfigured to meet your exact (if changing) needs. A host of other features—including extra-thick padding on the base and outer walls, polyethylene wall stiffeners below large partitions, and convoluted foam for case lids—ensure that these divider sets provide the ultimate in custom-cushioned protection. The key to the divider sets is their flexibility: Sturdy hook-and-loop fasteners make adding or removing dividers easy, allowing you to rearrange compartments at will giving you unlimited layout options. For cases with wheels, padded wheel well covers let you take advantage of all available space. |

In addition to the above features, the Storm Trak® line includes rugged in-line wheels and telescoping handles that lock securely in place yet fold away when not needed—making heavily-loaded cases easy to move |

The iM2050-3075 Storm Cases come equipped with two-pound cubed polyurethane foam, multi-layered for easy customization. Foam can be easily configured by simply pulling out cubes as needed; the layers allow you to create shelves to precisely fit odd-shaped items.
Longer models (iM3100-3300) have layers of solid polyethylene foam, which can be cut with a blade to any shape desired. Custom foam interiors are available on all cases. |
