What information do I need to supply for a free estimate ?
The more information you can supply us with the better. You can fax us a rough sketch of the items to be packaged, showing the length, width & height of each item (& approx. weight). You should also note any knobs or protrusions, switches or cables etc. You can also use our Estimate forms.
How will you get my new case to me ?
If you are in the Ottawa-Hull region you can either pick it up or we can ship it to you. A delivery charge will apply. If you are outside of the Ottawa-Hull region, or in the United States or elsewhere, there are a number of ways we ship. Shipments are usually handled via UPS (by Air or Transport).
If you are in the Ottawa-Hull region delivery is usually anywhere from 2-10 working days, depending on the size of your order. If you are located in the U.S. or elsewhere delivery may be the same, depending on how your order is shipped to you , size of order and whether or not it is a custom manufactured order.

How do I determine the type of case I should be purchasing ?
The type of case you require can be determined by a number of factors such as weight requirements, conditions under which your equipment will be operating, the most common method (s) you will be shipping your equipment, who will be handling your equipment, the size, weight and sensitivity of the items you are packaging, and whether you want your case to simply protect your equipment while in transit or also be able to operate your equipment without removing it from the case. There are other factors to consider but these are the most important.
Once we have discussed the conditions under which your equipment will be operating along with your requirements, we can recommend the type or model of case that will best suit your needs.

What methods of payment do you accept ?
Custom Case Company is a certified merchant with InternetSecure. For your convenience you can make secure purchases online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover for U.S. dollar transactions and Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover for Canadian dollar transactions. If you are an International customer outside of Canada and the United States, you will be billed in your local currency. For online transactions you will require an Invoice Number from a Custom Case Company Representative to complete the transaction or a direct link to your invoice will be emailed to you.
Credit card transactions by phone are also accepted.
We also accept money orders, Company checks, Company Visa & Mastercard checks and wire transfers. 30 day credit is available with Authorized Purchase Orders on approval of Canadian and U.S. Company credit applications.

No return of merchandise is accepted unless a written consent or ROA number is emitted by us. Custom Cases are non returnable. For all other items the customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways and may be assessed a 15% restocking charge.
